I have had this ongoing problem for months now and a short term fix is all I get.
I purchased the Gold membership many months ago, all worked just fine then when it was put into
the add registration code upon purchase.
Then the problems started. I have had to continuously reinstall the code.
Now nothing works.
I have advertisements in the box on the top right of the email. Nothing will upgrade.
Every time I click VIP help I am asked to buy the upgrade.
No downloads are possible for Incredimail, I can not use different skins , I have to buy an upgrade it says.
Why does Incredimail have so much influence on my email program that it can change my settings on a whim?
It is like you are running my email program from your end.
I am getting so unhappy with this program that going back to Win7 live mail looks to be the only solution.

Which IncrediMail version do you have installed?
Please click the Help menu and select Licenses, which licenses appear in the window that opens?

Good luck...I paid for lifetime gold membership and it looks like they took i away.....with my money....I think maybe time to look for a new email program thats doesn't screw its customers.

I had a system crash and had to reinstall Incredimail. Lucky for me, I back up my Incredimail data on about a monthly basis. So I had a recent backup. The most I lost was a few non-important emails. So I used my latest backup and restored my data and all my licenses imported OK except my Lifetime Premium License. I've tried contacting Incredimail a few times about resetting my Lifetime Premium License, but have yet to hear back from them. Seems they don't want to honor my Lifetime Premium License and probably figure I will get frustrated enough to just pay for the Plus Package, which, I believe is a yearly subscription. I have used Incredimail for many many years and would expect to have my license honored. What a scam!!!
And YES! I'm posting this in several of the threads that have to do with Lifetime Licenses not being honored or working. Hopefully, I will get a response and my issue taken care of.. seems like emailing support doesn't work.. maybe this will.

well the rules are as continuously changing. I prefer to buy a durable member ship for year or may be 2 years is more good

At first: sorry for my english.
I use since a long time Incredimail Gold and Premium Licenses. Today I made a new Windows install Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit because of a virus. I saved my Incredimail Data. After the new install of Incredimail I cannot use the Premium license. The Gold license can be saved as registration code but I cannot load Skins and I have the advertising, When I try to load some Gold Skins from the gallery I get the link to buy it again.
I removed the folder licenses and installed incredimail again but without success.
What can I do now?
