Folders in aplhabetical order.

Postby Booms » Sun Apr 02, 2017 4:54 pm

Hi,
I am using Incredimail 2.0 and have all my folders and sub folders arranged in alphabetical order in my Inbox.
However, every time I open Incredimail, they are all out of order again. I can arrange them in order again, shut it down, open it up, and they are out of order again.
Can anyone help, please?
Many thanks.

Such unusual issues can often be solved by deleting the IncrediMail "Runtime" folder.

To delete the Runtime folder, please run the following executable:
http://www2l.incredimail.com/contents/s ... el_run.exe

When done, open IncrediMail and check the results.
Best regards,

If the problem continues, I would like you to run the full setup file for IncrediMail and see if that solves the problem.

Please run the following executable to install the latest build of IncrediMail 2.0:
http://www.incredimail.com/english/down ... =fullsetup

When complete, please restart your computer.

If the problem still continues, I would like you to open a new identity in IncrediMail and see if you still encounter the same problem.

To create a new identity, please click on Tools > Identities > New Identity.

Set up your identity, and check to see if problem continues to occur in the new identity.

Please note that I would like you to configure the same email address in your new identity, there is no need to create a new email address. While the identity name should be different, the email address should be exactly the same.

As everything is being done in the new identity, none of the data and settings in your original identity should be affected.

To switch back to your original identity, simply click on Tools > Switch Identity, select the appropriate identity, and click on OK.

Please let me know the results.

To further address this issue, I would like you to try uninstalling and then reinstalling IncrediMail 2.0.

As the uninstall script only removes the exe/dll files, your existing data and settings should not be affected.

To uninstall IncrediMail 2.0, please go to Start > Settings > System > Apps and features, select "IncrediMail 2.0" and click on "Uninstall".

After the uninstall completes, please run the following executable to install the latest build of IncrediMail 2.0:
http://www.incredimail.com/english/down ... =fullsetup

When done, open IncrediMail and let me know the results.

Hi,
Have tried this, but same thing happens.
However, it is only 2 folders now which go out of order...but they are out of order every time I open Incredimail, even if I have dragged them in to the correct position, they go back to the same place each time,
regards,
Adrian.

In this case, you can try completely uninstalling IncrediMail (including all data files), but as you may lose data in the process, I would strongly advise against doing so.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Think I will leave it as it is for now.
It's only 2 folders that keep moving now (same 2 each time). It's not the end of the world, just a bit annoying.
Thanks for your help anyway, much appreciated.
