What have you done before the problem occurred?
Nothing other than II have installed Windows 10 but this problem occurred before. It is not all e-mails but the odd one where the scroll bar is solid and I can't scroll beyond the first part of e-mail.or on Pinterest the bar disappears the minute I click on it And I am told by Pinterest that this is a common problem with IncrediMail. I cannot even get down to bottom to unsubscribe these sites.

I'm having the same problems. When viewing an email, sometimes the scrollbar is solid and sometimes it's missing completely and sometimes all is normal. There seems to be no real rhyme or reason to it.
Running Windows 10

This was intermittent with Windows 8.x and especially since upgrading to Windows 10

Our developers are aware of the issue you encountered and are working on a solution.
As a workaround, please forward the particular messages to your email address, and the new (i.e. forwarded) messages should be displayed properly in your Inbox.
Please let me know the results.

Incredimail 2 with windows 10 on an hp laptop. New computer because old one crashed. Now there is no scroll bar in over half of my emails received. I forward to my email address and it is the same. It just doesn't work. I didn't have the problem on my windows 7 computer.

Is the entire message displayed after clicking on "Forward" in the top bar of the message window (i.e. while in edit mode) ?

I'm using Windows 10 with Incredimail 2.5, and ever since I upgraded to /windows 10, certain emails do have the scroll bar, and then others don't. There's no rhyme or reason to it. If I click the forward button, I can see the whole email, but I shouldn't have to do that. From what I see in the forum this has been going on since 2015 - there's no fix yet??

Unfortunately, there is currently no target date for the fixing of this bug.

Hello everyone. I have had this issue for some time and still there is no fix. Reducing the font size in my case DOES NOT work. I generally highlight and scroll the message which is a pain because not all messages do it properly. I used the "moderators suggestion" to forward the emails to myself which does work but it's a pain. A SIMPLE workaround for me was to click forward and read/scroll the offending email from there. Close when done. It's not a fix, just a quick and easier workaround for coding issue within the emails that incredimail doesn't seem recognize. By forwarding the email to yourself, incredimail rectifies the code errors allowing them to scroll. Perhaps the "support team" should be gathering the offending emails and see where the code breaks their system and fix the issue. All the best and looking forward to a hopeful FIX SOON!

While clicking on Forward will allow you to read the content of the message, you will not be able to click on any links contained in the message.
If you resend the message to yourself, you will then be able to click on any links contained in the message.
