Does the same issue occur when receiving the same email in IncrediMail or in Outlook Express/Windows Live ?
Did your recipients try to receive the emails in other email clients ? If so, what were the results ?

I opened my e-mail in Incredimail and it was fine.
One of my recipients forwards her e-mails to Yahoo and they worked for her there.
My other recipents forwarded their e-mails to themselves and it didn't work for them.
They tried IE and it wouldn't work for them either. None of them use Outlook Express.
None of my recipients use Incredimail. They use Whispernet, Sasktel, TelusPlanet & Shaw.
Another of my recipients e-mailed me and asked that I not send her any more.

So as I wrote in my previous post it seems that the issue is related to these specific webmails. Probably these webmails are not fully compatible with HTML format and that may be the reason your friends cannot view your emails correctly.
I guess that as soon as they will try to open the messages in email clients such as IncrediMail/Outlook Express/Windows Mail - They will view your emails correctly.

Why is it that I never had this problem when I was using Incredimail XE?
Should I go back to using XE?

As downgrading is not advised, IncrediMail will not be held responsible for damage or data loss resulting from this action. The downgrade will be kept on record, and will result in loss of any support connected to downgrade issues.
If you still wish to return to IncrediMail Xe, you must first uninstall IncrediMail 2 by clicking the Windows 'Start' menu, selecting 'Programs', scrolling to 'IncrediMail' and clicking 'Uninstall IncrediMail'.
After the uninstall completes, click here to download IncrediMail Xe, and install the program.
If you still wish to return to IncrediMail Xe, you must first uninstall IncrediMail 2 by clicking the Windows 'Start' menu, selecting 'Programs', scrolling to 'IncrediMail' and clicking 'Uninstall IncrediMail'.

I have had the same problem, mail sent to others who use outlook express have NO VERTICAL SCROLL BAR

Yes we can confirm that over the last fortnight all of your emails have been arriving with a single screen content and no RH vertical or horiz scroll attachment.

I have the free version of Incredimail and would like some of the upgrades but hesitate to get them for the following reason……the vertical scroll bar does not work in some of my incoming emails.
Not all emails are affected, only some of them making them unreadable.
I was formerly using Mozilla Thunderbird and there were no problems with the scroll bar in this program.
Can you shed any light on this please.

Our developers are aware of the issue you encountered and are working on a solution.
As a workaround, please forward the particular messages to your email address, and the new (i.e. forwarded) messages should be displayed properly in your Inbox.

What is new about the scrolling bar issue which does not appear in some incoming email
?
The "tip" (which works fine, by the way
) that you gave us consisting to forward the concerning email to ourself should no longer be "the" main way to workaround this issue...your developpers have now probably found the "definitive" solution to solve this trouble
, haven't they ?
