Information please

Your Internet Browser Type: FireFox 2
Your Operation System: Windows XP

What have you done before the problem occurred?
(For Firefox 10.0.2)

Updated Incredimail


If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
*Runtime Error

Program:C:Program Files/Incredimail/Bin?ImApp.exe

abnormal program termination


Please provide a full description of the problem:
Could someone please tell me how long this Runtime Error is going to last?

I am getting a bit fed up of having to close down Incredimail every time an email comes in. And as I get 60 - 70 emails a day, you can imagine how time consuming this is. <Sad Smile>

It's only been since I did the update, it was perfect (ish) before that. For some reason my computer won't restore to a time before the update, so I'm having to put up with it. <No>

I'm sure others will want to know too.

I too suffered the same problems after latest update.
After sending PM (as requested) to IncrediModerator I received link to build. I downloaded and installed yesterday. Thought I'd use it for 24 hrs before reporting and I'm glad to say problem is RESOLVED.
No more runtime errors/crashes/multiple messages. All is back to normal
I am using XP Pro SP3 IE8 <Clapping>

For users who can not speak English, this is just a disaster. I do not support the German and there is no help much. <Devil>

Please check the link above - all you need to do is reinstall IncrediMail from our website, which will correct the issue.
