I have taken a screen shot but how do I get it to you please?

I have just edited this message after checking my Wife's computer. It does not appear on her machine either. Trust me!!!!

To attach your image, simply click the 'Preview' button below your new post, click the 'Upload attachment' tab that appears and attach the image.

Sorry for the delay in answering but I have been in Holland for a few days. The build on my computer is 6295188. My wife's is 6295029.

Well I did eventually manage to download the file BUT the problem of the missing instruction (delete from server) is still there. It has not cured the problem. The build of the suggested download is 6295203.
Anymore suggestions?

Do you have an IncrediMail Premium or IncrediMail Plus subscription? Is the code for that product registered in IncrediMail?

Incredimail premium. However I have now found out what was wrong. Although I have Incredimail premium, somehow it did not show in the Licences. So I sent for my registration codes and now the missing option is now available.
