Can not activate code

Due to a hard drive exchange I have not been able to reactivate my codes after the installation of the new hard disk drive. I did not export them before the exchange because Data import wizard has installed them until now.

No firewall in use.

I have requested help twice now and the only thing I get is a ticket number. I have at least two codes I can not activate IM_PREM-xxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx437 and IM_PREM-xxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx257 and are not in use on other computers.

P.S. I had difficulty remembering my password to the forum, Tried to reset it but never got any mail (not even in spam/trash).

I have been trying for a week to get som answers from Incredimail Support. No luck there.

And it does not seem to be much better here

I also am hveing the same problems.
IM support does not work. their email address will not send from IM.
my IM prem will not load. and it' has been three days of trying to contact support. Al i getr from them is a stupid bot reply with my gold and bouns pack codes

IncrediAdmin2 asked me to reply him in PM with codes.

I did and he has not opened his PM from me. And it is several days since I sent it.

Maybe I am a second class customer since I only have 3 Premium accounts and some more extras.

I have several registrated copies of incredimail, including Protection Center etc.
I know that protection center is a yearly licence.
So i noticed that the used my credid card for 2 x 29,95
For what was not mentioned in the email.
I asked questions about is and got ticket numbers but that is all. No answers in more than 3 week.

Got a problem my hard drive crash and can not enable the code again!
