Hello all together,
short before I bought IM plus,
but am equally disappointed.
Backup does nothing.
always comes this page have loaded several times
loaded deleted deinstaliert and newly instaled not working.

Please try the following solution:

First, click the link below in order to download IncrediBackup installation file, and save it to your computer Deskto:

http://www.incredimail.com/english/down ... rediBackup

Next, right-click on the file, and select 'Properties'.

Open the 'Compatibility' tab, and set the compatibility for 'Windows XP (Service Pack 3)'.

Confirm the changes by clicking 'OK', and run the installation.

I can not get my computer to download the incredibackup file. I do all the instructions, but after clicking run, I get the error message
"Unable to download installation script. Make sure you are connected to the internet and try again later. "

I looked in the forums, and found a few posts that said to change the compatibility mode to Windows XP Service pac 3. I have tried that, but it does not work. I am running Windows 7. Please help me. I purchased this, but have been unable to use it.

Are you able to install other programs on your computer?

Does Windows XP Service Pack 3 appear is the selected option in the installation file's Compatibility tab?
