Failed To Authenticate on E-Mail Account

Your IncrediMail Version: 2.5
Your Internet Browser Type: FireFox 3.5
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Tried to download mail from multiple accounts.

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
535 5.7.8 Error: authentication failed: authentication failure
-ERR Authentication failed.

Please provide a full description of the problem:
I just got a new computer and reinstalled IM2.0 on the new computer. I am running Windows 8. My ISP is localnet. I have two registered email accounts with localnet -- and Both accounts used to run perfectly. But ever since I moved to the new computer and operating system, the refuses to work, consistently giving me the above error messages. What can I do to correct this problem?? Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Please do the following:
In the IncrediMail main window, click the 'Tools' menu and select 'Accounts...'.

Select your email account and click 'Properties'.

Select the 'Servers' tab and make sure that the 'My server requires authentication' checkbox is marked.
