What have you done before the problem occurred?
I ve installed the new version of incredimail, incredimail 2

Hello,

i answer yes to the question do you want to install the new version of incredimail
and now with incredimail 2, i can't write any message, i can't answer, i can't sent message <Devil>

I just receive messages

cant i return to the older version without loosing my messages

IncrediMail is working hard to correct this issue, and is requesting information from any user with either multiple messages, or a crash on send/receive.

Please provide us (if possible) with the IncrediMail Version (Xe or 2) and Build Number you upgraded from.

I am having super problems now that I have downloaded the newest IM 2 version. I received a link from the tech dept. to help with an initial problem I had regarding error message "the skin contacts.png could not be loaded", but the fix link (cim.office.incredimail.com)sent to me by IM tech does not work. When I tried to reply to the tech message I received, I discovered that now I cannot reply or send a message - IM immediately crashes.

I don't know what the prev build number was, but up until the newest version of IM2, I was using the most updated version.

Since I loaded IngrediMail2 I can no longer drag the folder names in alphabetic orders I drag the folder where I like to have it when released it jumps right back to where I started. I also have a new look on my folders I have to click on computer to get my folders or move mail. I also have a new icon GMail.

Seems Incredimail 2 has been replaced by Incredimail 2.5 and .....I am furious.
Incredimail 2 was playing up - so did what have always done - uninstalled and reinstalled and all my data is kept.
BUT I cannot find a Download for Incredimail 2 - and this wretched 2.5 version installs instead - and seems am stuck
with it but have I'VE LOST IMPORTANT FOLDERS & DATA.
However seems it's retrieved data for 2013 ??????
Why should we pay for a Service that treats it's users in this manner? I need a reliable e-mail service !
