What have you done before the problem occurred?
I have a new computer - acer - with win8. I got an email, that incredi 2.5 is compatible with win8. I downloaded - I got my displayed emails - all works fine. Today, I wrote and send an email. I go back to "Posteingang" and all entries are gone. I am not able to get the entries back. What can I do? Best regards Annette

I have w i n 8 but that is not listed when I try to send my problem. So I marked windows 7.
I hope someone can help me.
I have indredimal back since 2 days and I am happy. But that all emails destroid when I go back to post entry, makes me unhappy.
I found nothing to get the mails back.
