I have tried uninstalling many times but no luck.

I have treid uninstalling incredimail many times to try and fix my numerous problems that no-one seems to have a satisfactory solution for.
Problem is I unisntall and when I re-install it installs it back exactly the same even all my emails, contacts everything even though I did not back them up or re-load them back on, how is this possible they should all be gone?
I want to completely wipe incredimail so I can do a clean install and start from scratch, why is this not possible?
