The Error you have encountered is related to incorrect '.htm'
configuration in your Registry.
We have managed to resolve this issue with the assistance of a Registry file. Please attempt the following steps:
1. First, close IncrediMail completely.
2. Now click here
in order to download the '.reg'
3. Click 'Run'
in the 'File Download'
dialog. Click 'Yes'
4. Open IncrediMail and check if the Error Message occurs again.
