What have you done before the problem occurred?
i just used it regularly with no problem

when i get an email when i go to check it a dialog box appears asking me do hyou want to open or save .it was never there for the past 3 years i've used incredimail.it will take me to a web page with my message.look at attached screenshot i do not want this box to appear all i want is my message to appear in the bottom

The Error you have encountered is related to incorrect '.htm' / '.html' configuration in your Registry.

We have managed to resolve this issue with the assistance of a Registry file. Please attempt the following steps:

1. First, close IncrediMail completely.

2. Now click here in order to download the '.reg' file.

3. Click 'Run' in the 'File Download' dialog. Click 'Yes' when prompted.

4. Open IncrediMail and check if the Error Message occurs again.
