This is a customers computer that I maintain, and the customer doesn't know what she did to cause the problem.

This is not a problem that I have its a customer computer that I work on has an issue with spam blocker. I assume this is something that comes with Encredimail? A lot of time it comes up and says spam blocker is off and it wont let her print anything, the only thing it lets her print is telling her that the spam blocker is off.
Does anyone have any ideas to prevent this from happening?
