Icredimail is not working after update

Your Internet Browser Type: Internet Explorer 7
Your Operation System: Windows Vista

What have you done before the problem occurred?

no there were no such

Please provide a full description of the problem:
Hi all. I udate my Incredimail today and restarted already 4 times because it stoped work.It it opening,receving mails but I can not send at all.and after I treid a few times and want to wrtite a new mail it is not allowing me to write at all - not in the address panel or at the mail .Please help me because it is business mail and I have to work today

After hours of researching the internet, and going thru the chat for tech help, I was not able to find anything that would help. However, after looking at a different question, someone mentioned Incredimail 2.5 beta version. I searched for this on the internet and downloaded it. After install, I haven't had any more app crash issues. I'm sure it's probably full of bugs as it's a beta version, but at least incredimail stopped crashing and I could send/receive/delete without a crash. Give a try!

Yeah the latest update from today is crap. Hope they can fix that soon! <Devil>

IncrediMail is working hard to correct this issue, and is requesting information from any user with either multiple messages, or a crash on send/receive.

Please provide us (if possible) with the IncrediMail Version (Xe or 2) and Build Number you upgraded from.

If you don't know what you previously had, you'll won't see it now.

Do you remember the last time you updated IncrediMail?

yesterday morning because there was a cloud saying for the undate.and the problem began....
