What have you done before the problem occurred?
Tried downloading the new version and it keeps wanting me to continue downloading version.

My incredimail keeps wanting to install updates all the time. It is stuck on stupid and I cannot get it to stop. What is it I need to do???

Please precise what is the name of the product IncrediMail keeps wanting to install:

is it IncrediMail to a later version or a complementary component suchas 3D Magic or Protection Center ?

What is the build ID you can see in the 'Help' menu under the 'About IncrediMail 2.0' area ?
