What have you done before the problem occurred?
New internet provider

Please provide a full description of the problem:
Just change internet providers and it won't let me install new account with Comcast.net, keep saying connecting and finally "Oops something went wrong. Password and username is correct. thanks for any help in advance.

Thanks Moonstar, I tried everything but it just won't connect, I can view mail online at the web but just can't get this new addy to come thru to incredimail. My old address is still active until maybe next week. thanks again

Were you able to configure your Email Account in another Email Client (not the web, as this won't help figure out what happened)?

yes, I tried in Thunderbird and Pegasus but I don't like their setup.

I found the problem is in the beta version 2.5. I uninstalled and installed the latest and everything went okay but it asked to update and messed up the setting with the pop server.
