To backup all your IncrediMail Data:
**1.** Click the 'File' menu, 'Data and Settings Transfer Wizard', and then 'Export Data and Settings...', and click 'Next' in the dialog that appears.
**2.** Browse to the Desktop to save the file - a folder called 'IncrediMail Transferred Data' will be created. Please note that If you don't want to save all your IncrediMail content, clear the 'I would also like to export my Content (Letters, Notifiers, Skins, etc.)' checkbox.
**3.** Click 'Next' to begin. Your backup will take several minutes, depending on how much data you have in your IncrediMail program.
**4.** Once the Data and Settings Export process is complete, the folder containing your saved IncrediMail data will appear. Click 'Finish' to end the process and return to IncrediMail.
Please Note: It is important to always store all exported files together, or your future Import will not finish correctly.
After creating the IncrediMail backup file, please import it into your new installation or computer. If your backup created more than one 700MB file, you must copy all files before attempting to retrieve your IncrediMail data.
Copy all your data to your Desktop, and then proceed to importing your IncrediMail data:
**1.** Choose the 'File' menu, 'Data and Settings Transfer Wizard', and then 'Import Data and Settings...', and click 'Next' in the dialog that appears.
**2.** Click 'Browse...', select the location of your IncrediMail data files, click 'OK', and click 'Next'. Please note that you will need to choose the 'IncrediMail Transferred Data' folder, and not the 'IncrediMail Data.cab' file.
**3.** At this point, the process begins and your data should be imported.
