What have you done before the problem occurred?

Please provide a full description of the problem:
I cannot read any messages. When I went to where the inbox messages are supposed to be stored C:\Users\Valiant\AppData\Local\IM\Identities\{93256FDB-6D92-4B58-8A07-2E943E875640}\Message Store\Inbox.imm It says Inbox.imm =0kb

I cannot use incredimail at all this way. I have been a paying customer for 10 years. How do I fix this issue, so I can read my email again from the program. As it is, I have to go to each website to read my emails now. I have tried every remedy.

I have the same problem. I've reloaded Incredimail several times but nothing changes.
The problem just occurred out of the blue.
As it stands the program is useless

Are you unable to read all messages or only old messages? Are new message readable?

Which IncrediMail version do you have installed?

Are you able to move these messages to another folder or delete them?

Hi there

I have got Incredimail 2 premium, never had a problem with it till two days ago it wouldn't delete an email from my inbox. Messages in my inbox that are old are still viewable but not able to delete or move any of them. Then I noticed that Incredimail was picking up my emails but not displaying them anywhere. I had no idea if the new emails were in my inbox or in the deleted folder - they just didn't exist.

I have downloaded setup.exe but still this problem continues. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it but still it does not work. I cannot do anything with it.
Any help greatly appreciated as I haven't done anything to my computer, no programmes installed/uninstalled apart from Incredimail, no changes, I have Kaspersky and run it regularly. I have defender and run that regularly too. I have Windows 7 home premium 64 bit. I have google chrome and internet explorer.

Please try deleting the problematic messages while holding the Shift key on your keyboard.

Thank you for your response, this has moved my unwanted emails into the trash but it does not help with the emails that Incredimail picks up but then they do not appear, no numbers in the left hand column and no emails displayed. They just don't exist.

There are three emails in my deleted folder (according to deleted items properties) but there is nothing there. I'm thinking there is a major problem.

Which account provider do you have configured in IncrediMail?

Does this occur each time you receive mail?

When did this issue start occurring?

I have yahoo on my email accounts only.

This started last week and every time email is received I see it download in the right hand upper window and then it tells me so many have been received. I will click on inbox - nothing, click on deleted items - nothing.

I would like you to open a new Identity and see if you still encounter the same problem.

To create a new Identity, please click 'Tools' and then 'Identities'. From here you have the option of choosing 'New Identity'.

Set up your Identity, and check to see if problem continues to occur in the new Identity.

Let me know what happens.

Please Note: Your messages will not be visible in the new Identity - to view your emails just switch back to your former Identity.

To switch between Identities, click your Identity name, located next to the Profile Picture in the upper left corner. From here you can switch or manage Identities.
