Your Internet Browser Type: FireFox 3.5
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
I move the complete Incredimail between my two computers and back and forth and back .....

Is it possibly to have Incredimail installed on an USB-stick instead of moving the whole program and messages between my two computers?

To transfer your IncrediMail data and settings, please do the following:
Click here to download and install the latest version from our site.

Once you have downloaded and installed the latest version, open IncrediMail, click the 'File' menu, scroll to 'Data and Settings Transfer Wizard' and select 'Export Data and Settings...'

Click 'Next' to create the 'IncrediMail' file.

Save this file and copy it to your new computer.


To retrieve your IncrediMail data and settings after a computer format, to a new computer, or to a new IncrediMail installation, open IncrediMail, click the 'File' menu, scroll to 'Data and Settings Transfer Wizard' and select 'Import Data and Settings...'. Kindly proceed by clicking 'Next', browse into the directory where the '.cab' file is located and select the ‘IncrediMail Transferred Data’ folder (marked in red) and simply choose the 'Next' option..
