Emails not Showing in Inbox

Your IncrediMail Version: IM2
Your Internet Browser Type: Internet Explorer 8
Your Operation System: Windows Vista

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Nothing

None

Please provide a full description of the problem:

I am getting blank emails, no information in sender, subject etc. is shown when looking at list of emails in my Inbox and when I open them they are completely blank.

I tried creating a new identity and this did not fix the issue.
I also downloaded Incredimail again and that did not fix the issue either.
I then tried uninstalling Incredimail & removing all traces of Incredimail info. on my computer then rebooting my computer & reinstalling Incredimail & it did not fix the issue.

Please help!

Which IncrediMail version do you have installed?

Do any messages arrive without a problem?

When did this issue start occurring?

Do you see these messages as blank if you connect to your account via browser?

I have the same problem!

I'm running Incredimail 2 Premium. Sometimes messages arrive ok, other times there are nothing but blank messages. No to or from accounts and if I try to block the sender it just comes up with 'no email account exists'. I too have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but all to no avail.
Been going on for about 3 weeks now, mostly seems to be when Incredimail starts up but can also happen whilst it is already open. Nothing shows up on the web based accounts.

Operating on Windows Vista Home Premium and Internet Explorer 9.

Which IncrediMail version do you have installed? I have IM2 Build Id: 6395233 I use Internet Explorer 9 and use Yahoo for my email.

Do any messages arrive without a problem? Yes some do arrive fine, none of the blank ones fit a particular criteria IE: attachments etc. they are just random.

When did this issue start occurring? it started on Oct. 8th

Do you see these messages as blank if you connect to your account via browser? No, I can see them just fine, it's definitely a Incredimail issue.

I am having the same problem.It started about October 4th.
I use IE 8, Incredimail 2.0 build ID: 6395233 Setup ID: 2
Operating system: Windows 7 Home Premium
I have tried uninstalling Incredimail and reinstalling. I also tried to create a new account. Neither worked.
The emails are showing in the top panel but the bottom panel is blank. If I try to open the email it opens an IE window with file:///C:/Users/Suki/AppData/Local/IM/Runtime/Message/%7B95466E1B-EF5F-4D67-8E18-08A30FA5DCF3%7D/Show/noScriptHtmlStrWithoutSource_Prev_block_7.htm in the URL.
But it only show the top portion of each email and I am unable to scroll down to see the rest of the email. I sent in a request for help 3 days ago, but have not heard anything from Incredimail,

sukila - the issue you encounter is a different issue, you can resolve it by following these steps:


First, click the link below to download the '.reg' file.

http://www2.incredimail.com/contents/setup/fix.reg

Click 'Run' in the 'File Download' dialog.

Click 'Yes' when prompted.

Open IncrediMail and check if the issue persists.

I am having the same issue.
I have nothing showing up in my inbox. The unread emails are downloading but I cant see them.
I have uninstalled incredimail and re installed it, several times through mozilla, chrome and explorer. still nothing.
It has been happening since October 4th.
Please help
I dont want to lose all my other emails.

Which email provider do you use?

Does it occur to all incoming messages?
