I have the same problem!
I'm running Incredimail 2 Premium. Sometimes messages arrive ok, other times there are nothing but blank messages. No to or from accounts and if I try to block the sender it just comes up with 'no email account exists'. I too have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but all to no avail.
Been going on for about 3 weeks now, mostly seems to be when Incredimail starts up but can also happen whilst it is already open. Nothing shows up on the web based accounts.
Operating on Windows Vista Home Premium and Internet Explorer 9.
