my lifetime codes are not being accepted

Hello i bought the lifetime bundle many years ago and have been using Incredimail all these years. Well my hard drive died on my computer and i had to install a new hard drive and after downloading Incredimail and trying to put my lifetime registration codes in i am getting code cannot be automatically activated again please contact purchase department which i did but not heard anything back. I am sort of upset after being with you all these years that this is happening. I did check my firewall to make sure that was not a problem. Please help me as soon as you can
