What have you done before the problem occurred?
Installed IM2.5. No other new software or programs installed. I booted the computer up as usual. First thing I do is open Incredimail and it fails.

Problem after upgrading to IM2.5. I am using win7 premium on a 64bit computer. I have IM premium account. I use Firefox 16.0.1
After opening IM I receive a message stating that Incredimail has stopped working and windows is trying to fix the problem. I can't access any tools or email.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted the computer a couple of times, without success.
I've run all my virus and malware scans, including a boot scan. No issues detected.
I'm totally at a loss now as to what to do next. I do hope this issue is resolved soon.
