Your Internet Browser Type: Internet Explorer 8
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?

My new computer has Windows 8. Is Incredimail compatible with Windows 8 yet? I'm having issues setting up an email account, where I didn't in the past. Please advise.

IncrediMail is not yet fully compatible with Windows 8. This means that you might encounter compatibility issues with the program.

Our newer version, IncrediMail 2.5 is fully compatible with Windows 8 and you should be able to use it. Please note that IncrediMail 2.5 is still a beta version and there are still several unresolved bugs in it which we are working on resolving.
