Please note that IncrediMail 2.5 is fully compatible with Windows 8.

IncrediMail 2 is currently not compatible with Windows 8.

I am new to Windows 8, but not to Incredimail. I just downloaded version 2.0 and I cannot get my Comcast email to work. All other emails work, but not Comcast - my main one. I see there is a 2.5 version on this forum, and would like to know how to get that. I have sent 2 requests to the help department, but so far no answer as to why Comcast it not working.

To set your account as a POP3 account, you can select the Other option when configuring your email account in IncrediMail, instead of @comcast.net enter a different address (for example @test.com) and then configure your server names manually, after doing that you can click the Tools menu, select Email Accounts and click Properties to enter your correct email address.
