What have you done before the problem occurred?
Installed version 2.5

How can I get the previous version of incredimail as the folder setup is an absolute nightmare to use. I can't creat sub folders in the inbox only new ones on "my computer" and I can't set message rules to move exisiting emails from inbox to folders created on "My computer". Where can I download an earlier version.

If you wish to downgrade to IncrediMail 2, you can uninstall IncrediMail 2.5 via the Control Panel and then install IncrediMail 2 from our website.

Note: downgrading from IncrediMail 2.5 to IncrediMail will cause the loss of data you received to IncrediMail after installing IncrediMail 2.5
