IMapp.exe error

Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Nothing

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
Exception: ACCESS_VIOLATION (C0000005) - on reading from 03EF036A
Faulting Offset: 00002CEB
Module: ImApp.exe

Please provide a full description of the problem:
This error appear using IM, I'm not able to close this error window.

What can I do?

When did this issue start occurring?

How often do you get this crash?

What do you do prior to getting this crash?

J'ai ce même message d'erreur...
Parce que personne n'est capable de nous aider je viens de désinstaller Incredimail
avec grand regret

Je n'ai rien fait d'anormal, ni avant ni après que ce message d'erreur est apparu.
