This problem may be caused by several different reasons:
- Some Internet Server Providers (ISP's) do not allow their users to send email, unless both the ISP and the outgoing mail server (SMTP) belong to the same company.
If you are connected to the Internet by a company called 'Example', you need to verify that your outgoing mail server address is the address of their server, for instance:'smtp.example.com'.
- If your server requires authentication, you have to configure IncrediMail accordingly:
In the IncrediMail main window, click the 'Tools' menu and select 'Accounts'. Select your email account and click 'Properties'. Select the 'Servers' tab and select the 'My server requires authentication' option.
If you are not sure of your email account requires authentication, please contact your email account provider and ask them.
