What have you done before the problem occurred?
Everything was running smoothly & the error message appeared. I know I can un-install then install but I will lose ALL of my messages & saved messages. Is there any way I can re-install without losing everything??
I cannot save to disk as the Incredimail program does not open at all just a window with the error message showing

Tried opening Incredimail, which is my main email program. It would open but would not accept my mails then it started to regularly close down stating that Incredimail has encountered a problem & must close down.
I sent crash reports & attempted to get the program up & running but eventually it would not open at all but a small window would appear stating, (Critical error has occurred. Incredimail cannot continue this session).
I would like to know if there is any way I can get access to the program to enable me to save my messages to disk before I do a re-install, thank you
