Ok, I performed the full download and that did not fix it. Incredimail still will not send mail. It shows, SENT, in the SENT folder, but it's not really sent to anyone.
The last time this happened, upgrading to version 2 fixed it.
The guys at the Incredimail helpline don't know how to fix it. I sent them the IMData file that they requested, but apparently that didn't help. We have been communicating via G-Mail.
I can send and receive mail with G-Mail, Comcast & Netscape. I've been thru the Incredimail reconfiguration routine. That didn't fix it, either.
Any suggestions from you would be greatly appreciated.
Query: If I was to do an uninstall/reinstall operation, will I lose my existing e-mails & contacts?
