I tried to import my data and it gave me the error, data is corrupt and would not import. So I went to the old computer and exported (transferred to a new computer) and retried to import (transfer from old computer) and got the same error.
Then when I went to uninstall it gave me the option to repair. When I did the repair, part way thru it gave me the "Critical Error has occurred. Incredimail cannot continue."
