IncrediBackup don't work

IncrediBackup don't work

I try to backup my accounts with IncrediBackup but nothing happen when I run it.
After 10 minutes the progress bar do nothing. They don't move at all since the beginning.

If I look the taskbar, IncrediBackup CPU %usage is all time to 0.

Hope I don't buy this for nothing. I must copy my accounts on other new machine and don't have time to do that.
I use Incredimail to received all my email.

Hope support is not slow (or don't work) like IncrediBackup.
