Incredimail stopped working

Your Internet Browser Type: FireFox 3.5
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Nothing unusual.
I noticed I'd had no e-mails and that there were mails in the outbox.

It has just stopped working. Not receiving or sending. But in the 'new' format, I can't find the 'tools' section to re-install and I don't want to lose what's in my folders.

Have you tried the instructions in the following topic:

Please do this, and let me know what happens. If you cannot find the Main Menu, please check near the top-right corner of IncrediMail and look for the word 'Menu'.

There will be a small arrow pointing down. Click the arrow, and the Menu will appear!

I Just realized I did not reply to this.
I finally sorted it out
I re-installed and that fixed it.
Thank you for the 'tools' pointer - it was well-hidden!
