Error 4320

Your IncrediMail Version: 2.0
Your Internet Browser Type: Safari
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Checking for update's on 2.0

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
No connexxion with the server

Check if your computer is connected with the internet and try again. Error 4320

Hello

I wanted to check for update's on 2.0, because somehow 2 of my identity boxes have a changed skintheme which no one has changed. Sometimes strange things happen when Incredimail needs to be updated, so that was my thought to do.
I clicked to check for new updates, but allthough I'm connected to the internet, I got the next error message: Error 4320
It's very strange it's saying I need to be connected with the internet, cause I can enter every other site I want and Incredimail is retreving my mail.
What's going on and can it be fixed?

PS: when I preview my message it says I'm using Safari, but that should be FireFox
It also says I'm using windows 7, but that should be Vista

Errrr, why is my message moved to the forum about Photomail Marker??
The problem occured when I wanted to update Incredimail, nothing to do with
Photomail Marker.

I just tried again a couple of minutes ago and it now gives me the message
that I've got the latest version (6044475), but on this forum the latest update
should be 6064497. So what's up with that?

daanmara, the "update" feature is not yet functional. The most current version is build 6064501. You should download the full setup version from the following location:

I've tried that and it worked emoticon-0148-yes

The only thing I still don't understand is why Incredimail (happened before when I used XE too)
is acting weird when there are updates for it. Shouldn't it work normal, but only give bugs with
say for instance downloading backgrounds or so.
This time it changed 2 Incredi Skins from 2 out of 3 identities without me or anyone else giving
the approval for it.
It gives me a creepy feeling someone's taking over my computer emoticon-0101-sadsmile

It is possible there is an issue with your Identities, and this is causing some of the strange things you're seeing.

First, please try opening a new Identity and see if everything looks alright (by the amount you have I am guessing you know how to do this!). Try and see if you can replicate what is happening in the other Identities, and check to see if the issues continue.

If so, write them each down, and let me know! As many specific details as possible will help me to assist you. Also, make sure the Skins are IncrediMail 2 and not IncrediMail Xe skins.

As for the Forum incorrectly identifying your system, it does not automatically recognize your browser and system. You need to change these manually when you post.

Hi ,
I have had the same thing happening on my Incredimail 2. The error code 4230 shows up and says that I am not connected to the internet, when I am connected and I have had my skin changed on me a at least 3 times also......by itself I'm guessing. Very WEIRD....I hope somebody out there has some plausible answers to this.
Still love my Incredimail :)
