Windows 7 says Incredimail not compatible

Your Internet Browser Type: Internet Explorer 8
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Downloaded Windows 7. Bought premium version of Incredimail.

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
When promted to explore technical issues in Incredimail: Message says "Incredimail is not compatible with Windows 7".

Please provide a full description of the problem:
I can't send email, messages sit in outbox. I have no Send/Receive icon, space is blank. Open envelope icon next to "Write" has X and Stop over it which I can't remove. The only way I can receive email is to reboot computer. I removed firewall just to test and that's not it.

Can you please check which IncrediMail build you are using?

Click 'Help' and then 'About IncrediMail...'.

The Build version will be listed here. Let me know what it is, and I will assist you further!
