password?

i´ll like to know if is any thing to do so i must write allways a pasword to open my incredimail. So, this computer use many diver peaple, how can i do so ONLY me can my incredimail open? ist any system for this? pasword or so??

To set or change your Identity password, do the following:

In the IncrediMail main window, click the 'File' menu, select 'Identities' and click 'Manage Identities...'. Select the Identity you wish to set or change the password for and click 'Properties'.

I must be really dumb because I have looked everywhere and still can't find where you are referring to. I want to change my password to something that I will remember and not what was emailed but cannot figure this out. I'm usually okay with computer directions, but now this one.....not sure why. Can someone please help this poor woman who's run into a brick wall!

Incredimail does not email you a password, you choose it, not them!

The following is an email sent to me from forums@incredimail.com last night when I couldn't remember how to login to this forum:

Hello DoxieDonna
You are receiving this notification because you have (or someone pretending
to be you has) requested a new password be sent for your account on
"IncrediMail". If you did not request this notification then please ignore
it, if you keep receiving it please contact the board administrator.

To use the new password you need to activate it. To do this click the link
provided below.

ucp.php?mode=activate&u=486&k=576VKYV13G

If successful you will be able to login using the following password:

Password: THE TEMP PASSWORD WAS HERE BUT I DELETED IT
You can of course change this password yourself via the profile page. If
you have any difficulties please contact the board administrator.
