Receiving E Mails twice

Your Internet Browser Type: Internet Explorer 8
Your Operation System: Windows Vista

What have you done before the problem occurred?
I downloaded the latest version of Incredimail a few days ago

Please provide a full description of the problem:
All of a sudden all my E Mails are coming in duplicate. It started yesterday and is still continuing. The weird thing is that when I go to delete one of the duplicates, both messages delete. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated as this problem keeps filling up my server. Thanks everyone

I had that happened too with a couple of my Yahoo groups today but tonight it is ok again.

I am also recieving duplicate emails and not sure how to fix the problem, other than uninstall Incredimail. Which I tried but that did not help. Has anyone got any suggestions to fixing this problem. Thanks Frankie

Same here but no-one seems to know what's going on.

Some of mine come in triplicate 99 emails in only 12 which were not spam or in duplicate. It also takes too long to receive them. I wish I never bothered. I was happy with XE and didn't receive any spam but now it's ridiculous.

I get double emails too, not all of them, but most. I wish I had never 'upgraded' to 2.0. I hate it.

I have had this problem a few times and I found that when I went to "Tools"-"My Accounts" I had my e-mail address in twice.

I removed one of them and had no problem afterwards

I have the older version and its happening to me my incoming mail is duplicating all the time at least 4 of each mail so the issue is not only with version 2 I hope to goodness they get this fixed as it is a royal pain, I can't even delete them as it keeps happening over and over I now have over 7 thousand mails - come on incredimail get it fixed!!!!!!!!!!

Great now I'm not showing up as a VIP member why did I bother paying????????

To solve the duplicated email problem you are experiencing, please do the following:

Open IncrediMail, click the 'Tools' menu and select 'Email Accounts'.

Please verify that you have each email account configured only once. If you have the same email account configured twice, select the duplicated account and click 'Remove'.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If you do not have the same email account configured twice, please do the following simple test:

Use the 'Advanced Account Access' (press on CTRL+M to open it) feature to view the messages you have on your mail server.

Do you see the same message more than once?

Select a message and click 'Get Msg'.

Did you receive the message correctly, or did you receive duplicate copies of the message?
