What have you done before the problem occurred?
I've got part way through list of problems with Mor Winchester of IncrediMail Support Team. How do I get back to him/her?

You reply to his/ her email - You could add the name right at the beginning of the subject line but don't remove the code that is there (numbers - letters), they will know your query is ongoing.
