Windows Vista

Your Premium license code will work with IncrediMail 2.0, you'll be able to download letters fro other IncrediMail websites, you'll be notified when a new version of IncrediMail will be available.

This so far as not worked for me. it keeps telling me that I need to be a Premium Member. I have even tried to re-load my Premium code in a couple of times and the same thing.

I would like you to try the following steps:

1) Right-click the IncrediMail Tray Icon and select 'Exit' .

2) Browse to the following path:

C:\ProgramData\IncrediMail\Data

3) Completely delete the 'License' folder.

4) After deleting, try to register your IncrediMail Premium again.

Please let me know the results.

It's possible that downloading the IncrediMail full setup file will solve the problem you encountered.

Please click here to download the full setup file. Install IncrediMail once the download completes and let me know if the problem continues to occur.

Ok I fully uninstalled Incredimail, and downloaded from the link that you sent me. Still same thing. I was wondering if it was the code for the license, I had lost my code and had asked them to send another to me? I am going to retry the first thing you asked me to do again and see what that might do.

What does exactly happen after you enter your registration code ? Was the code registered successfully ?

Please do the following to verify that you are using IncrediMail Premium:

  • Click the 'Help' menu and select 'Licenses'. Do you see IncrediMail Premium registered in the 'Licenses' dialog?
  • Click the 'Skins' button. Are you able to change your Skins?
  • Click the 'Notifier' button. Can you assign a Smart Notifier from the Notifier dialog?

All these actions show you that IncrediMail Premium is registered on your computer.
