Nothing known. This inquiry is on behalf of my daughter, she suddenly cannot send or receive emails.

My daughter's email address is 'firstname.lastname@example.org' She has checked her firewall and ensured incredimail access boxes are ticked but still has no access. Assistance will be appreciated
