SOCKET ERROR

Your Internet Browser Type: Internet Explorer 8
Your Operation System: Windows Vista

What have you done before the problem occurred?
not a thing..just daly use.

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
failed to connect to incoming server:
pop-server.columbus.rr.com
socket error:10013,port;110,protocol:pop. an attempt was made to access
a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.

smtp-server. columbus.rr.com
socket eror10013,port 25 protocol; smtp. an attempt to access a socket in a
way forbidden by its access permissions.


Please provide a full description of the problem:
problem came up about 3 months ago on laptop connected to a wireless home network
incredimail was working just fine and then POW...now get error messages when wife tries to use incredimail on
her laptop..my desk top,however is still working fine. I tried uninstall/install full version(3 times) to no avail....i checked firewall
configuration in Trendmicro and they are the same as desktop...HELP ME....we really like using incredimail as it is INCREDIBLE...

Since you are experiencing this problem in IncrediMail, I would like you to test this email account configuration in Windows Mail. To do so, please do the following:

Open Windows Mail, click the 'Tools' menu and select 'Accounts...'.

Click 'Add' and select 'E-mail Account...' and click 'Next'.

Complete your account configuration and click 'Finish'.


Try to send and receive your email using Windows Mail.
