What have you done before the problem occurred?

Please follow these steps to reset your FireFox web browser:

1) Right-click the IncrediMail Tray Icon and select 'Exit'.

2) Open Mozilla FireFox, click the 'Tools' menu and select the 'Clear Recent History…' option.

3) At this point the 'Clear Recent History' window will appear, under the 'Time range to clear' option select 'Everything' and check all the listed checkboxes.

4) Click on the 'Clear Now' icon.
