Emails download twice

Your Internet Browser Type: Google Chrome
Your Operation System: Windows Vista

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Incredimail has been downloading emails twice for a very long time. I am used to it but I want it to stop. Why is it so?

To solve the duplicated email problem you are experiencing, please do the following:

Open IncrediMail, click the 'Tools' menu and select 'Email Accounts'.

Please verify that you have each email account configured only once. If you have the same email account configured twice, select the duplicated account and click 'Remove'.
