What have you done before the problem occurred?

535 5.7.0 authentication rejected
I don't get this error anymore. It just tells me that it fails to connect.
Please provide a full description of the problem:
Every ime I tried to sign on IncrediMail, it failed to conncect.
I unstalled IncrediMail, restarted the computer, and installed it again. Still same problem.
Then I called Comcast, my email/internet provider, and nothing is wrong with my account. I even created a new secondary account with Comcast, and it still failed to connect.
Please help! I really love IncrediMail.
