Your Internet Browser Type: Internet Explorer 8
Your Operation System: Windows XP

What have you done before the problem occurred?
downloaded the latest version of incredimail

I downloaded the latest version of Incredimail.
It asked me for my password for my identity I dont kow what it is. As far as I can recall I diddn't set one up or I cant remember what it is if I did!
so I set up a new Identity but I cant retrieve all my previoud e-mails that were sorted in folders.
I can not find anywhere how to get the password.

To remove your Identity password, please do the following:

1) Right-click the IncrediMail Tray icon and select 'Exit'.

2) Click the Windows 'Start' menu and select 'Run'. In the 'Run' dialog, enter 'regedit', and click 'OK'.

3) Go to the following location:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\IncrediMail\Identities\{Long Number}

4) Delete the 'Password' key.

If the 'Password' key is not in the above location, it is located in:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\IncrediMail\Identities\{Long Number}

Open IncrediMail again - note that your password is deleted and you will have to re-enter it.
