error mess. is Failed to authorize

Your Internet Browser Type: Internet Explorer 8
Your Operation System: Windows Vista

What have you done before the problem occurred?
I do not remember anything different happening I logged in and No mail will print from the inbox, I do have mail at Comcast.mail. Had this account for years. Error mess. do no remain on screen as well

sorry now no error mess just sets there with the connecting sign go on and on
