I am wondering if this is a new issue with Incredimail 2/WIndows 7 or has it been a problem all along? I just got Windows 7 with a new computer. I had had Incredimail 2 saved from my former OS/computer so I wouldn't lose Contacts, etc. At first, I had a text feature/prepane feature in the View menu I believe. I enlarged the text with that feature and it worked for awhile. Everything on the Incredimail screen was bigger and it stayed that way. Suddenly though the text was miniscule and barely readable, I would enlarge it with the text feature, and it would work again while I was logged on, but would revert to the smallest size again. One day, the text feature would n't work at all. Incredimail Support had me install the full set-up version of Incredimail 2. That did not fix anything, and I was told to use a Zoom feature now in the View menu. With the install of the full set-up, the text and prepane features in the View menu disappeared along with several other features.
You are right. The Zoom feature reverts to its default with every email that 's previewed or opened. Adjusting the text size with the Zoom feature every time is a headache.
The text size issue is not a problem anywhere else on Windows 7. I simply enlarged the text size using the Start menu and went to Getting Started. There is an option to change the text size, which works everywhere on Windows 7 except Incredimail. You can also right click on an empty spot on the desktop and change icon size.
Incredimail support doesn't have an answer. I wonder if going back to Incredimail XE would get us a text size that can be read comfortably and is permanent?
