Ok, well, I've had to email Incredimail Support again to specify which download. There's what appears to be a full version, and an upgrade when I clicked on the link Support provided. Support said to "reinstall the upgrade" so I tried the upgrade. Nothing happened, as in no change anywhere. Anyone else get a link to this new build and have luck?

Ok, the upgrade worked, but strangely. My husband's incredimail account was fixed, but mine wasn't. His text size was big, mine was still too small to read [same computer too]. Only difference was our Windows 7 text size. His was at 150%, mine was 125%. So, I changed mine to 150% too, logged off, logged back on, and voila, I could finally read the text in Incredimail easily. [to change Windows7 text size, go to Start, then Getting Started. Text size is the last option]. Now if this wonderful size in Incredimail will be retained, all will be well in my world. Good Luck, everyone!

At least on my computer, Windows text size must be the same for all accounts for Incredimail's text size to stay larger. Perhaps it must be at 150%. Not sure. I tried lowering Windows text size on my account back to 125%[ other account is set at 150%] and Incredimail's text size reverted back to super small for me. Our Windows 7 text size is now set at 150% for our old eyes, on both accounts, and it would appear on our computer that that's what necessary for the upgrade to increase IM text size.

For as far I can see, no one has a solution?? So Incredimail HELP HELP

Just had a notification via the Windows "Open Action Centre" (little flag in the bottom corner) that said; "Please fix a problem with Incredimail" It then linked to an Update that seems to have corrected the problem. Keep an eye out - yours could be next.

I'd like you to send me a screenshot so I can check to see exactly what you are seeing and go from there! You can do so by clicking here, clicking 'Run' and when the file download completes, click 'Run' again.

When you see the problem again, click the 'Make Screenshot' in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. Close the IncrediMail Screenshot Creator and attach the 'IncrediMail_Screenshot_0001.jpg' file created on your Desktop to your reply.

I have recieved the screenshot you have sent me - and unfortunately I don't see any issue with it.

The text size is ok.

Can you elaborate on this matter?

I have sent you another screenshot[#2] for comparison. Screenshot#2 is the text size I got with Incredimail's newer version and it works well. Since there aren't additional posts in this thread, I'm going to assume that others like the larger text size as well, and did have issues with the smaller text size.
Its hard to remember how small the text was before Incredimail's latest version, but screenshot #1 was pretty close. If you thought the size was OK, then your young eyes may be the reason.
My problem remains that text size vacillates back and forth, from large to small to large to small randomly. Sometimes it's daily and other times it may be 2-4 days that it holds and suddenly its back to small. Thanks so much!!!
