cannot connect to outgoing server

Your IncrediMail Version: 2
Your Internet Browser Type: Internet Explorer 8
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?


If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
"Failed to connect to the outgoing server smtp1.sympatico.ca."

Please provide a full description of the problem:
can receive e-mails, cannot send any. If I go into my old Bell account, I can send messages, just not through Incredimail.

Fixed! Had to change port of outgoing server when changing to Incredimail.
