Your IncrediMail Version: 2.0
Your Internet Browser Type: Internet Explorer 8
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:

Please provide a full description of the problem:
Hello. I have just reinstalled Incredimail and note that over 200 messages have been downloaded. Most of these had previously been deleted and It seems I now have to tick each one to get rid of them. This has happened on each reinstall and is a confounded nuisance. Is there any quick way to select all merssages and delete them permanently?

Please do the following to remove, then re-configure your email account:
Open IncrediMail, click the 'Tools' menu and select 'Email Accounts'. In the 'Mail Accounts' dialog, select your email account and click 'Remove'.
If you have this email account configured in another email client, such as Outlook Express, click 'Add' and select 'Automatically configure settings'.
Click 'Next' and select the email client you do not experience any problem sending and receiving mail from.
Click 'Finish', close the 'Mail Accounts' dialog and try to send and receive your email.

If you do not have this email account configured in another email client, please manually re-configure your account - click here to learn how.

Note: Make sure that the password that you have entered is identical to the one your email account provider has given you.
Best regards,
